Welcome to Bishviley (“the Program”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, mentorship program, or Israel travel programs (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to participate in Bishviley programs unless otherwise stated or approved by a parent/guardian.

  • Participation may require an application, interview, payment, or parental consent.

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline participants at our sole discretion.

2. Program Content & Educational Materials

  • All lectures, mentorship sessions, materials, curriculum, and recordings are the intellectual property of Bishviley or our educators.

  • You may not copy, distribute, record, or publish any materials without written permission.

  • We may update or change curriculum content at any time.

3. Mentorship & Staff Interactions

  • Bishviley provides professional, structured guidance with year-long mentorship.

  • Participants must follow behavioral guidelines, communicate respectfully, and uphold the program’s values.

  • We may remove any participant from the program for misconduct, harassment, or disruptive behavior, without refund.

4. Travel Programs

  • Participation in Israel trips or immersive programs may require:

    • Travel forms and waivers

    • Health disclosures

    • Emergency contact information

    • Payment of fees

    • Agreement to follow all safety guidelines and staff instructions

  • Bishviley is not responsible for:

    • Delays or cancellations caused by airlines, weather, or third-party vendors

    • Lost, stolen, or damaged belongings

    • Costs incurred by participant misconduct or violation of instructions

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Program fees, deposits, and payment schedules are outlined in registration materials.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on:

    • Program deadlines

    • Travel arrangements already booked

    • Administrative costs

  • If a participant is removed for violating program rules or safety policies, no refund will be provided.

6. Assumption of Risk

Participation in activities, travel, group learning, volunteering, and outdoor experiences involves inherent risks.
By joining Bishviley, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Bishviley and its staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.

8. Communications

By enrolling, you agree that Bishviley may contact you via:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp or SMS

  • Phone

  • Educational portals or group chats

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

  • Behave respectfully toward peers, staff, and host communities

  • Uphold safety rules

  • Follow local laws during Israel travel

  • Avoid illegal substances or dangerous behavior

Failure to follow the code may result in dismissal from the program.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.
