Sarah Prostak

Sarah Prostak is the co-founder of Bishviley Yisrael, where she helps design immersive, meaningful travel experiences that truly stay with people. She’s also the founder of SPK Travel, a boutique travel advisory known for crafting custom journeys filled with adventure, authenticity, and heart. With years of experience in hospitality and trip planning, Sarah is all about the details — the vision, the flow, the logistics, and everything in between. Through Bishviley Yisrael, she brings together her love of travel and her dedication to helping people build a real, lasting connection to Israel. She’s driven by the belief that intentional education and well-crafted experiences have the power to open minds, strengthen community, and deepen personal identity.

Yifat Golan
Yifat Golan is a passionate Jewish educator with over 20 years of experience teaching Hebrew and leading meaningful Israel experiences for students. Originally from Israel, Yifat brings deep cultural insight, energy, and warmth to every program she leads. She holds master’s degrees in Jewish Education and Hebrew as a Second Language and has worked with schools, congregations, and educational organizations across the U.S. and abroad. Yifat specializes in creating engaging, learner-centered content that connects modern Hebrew, Jewish identity, and the land of Israel. Her belief in experiential education and her love for Israel are at the heart of everything she does. Yifat is excited to guide groups on transformational journeys that inspire lifelong connection and curiosity.
